ABSTRACTIn Ho Chi Minh City, out of all university graduates, 80% find jobs, while 20% have difficulties in finding a job or find a job that is lower than their levels of training. Among those who have found a job, 50% have suitable jobs, while 50% work in different professions than their intended ones, have low incomes, unstable employment and may be displaced (Ha Nam, 2015). The proportion of graduates who find suitable jobs is relatively low - only 40%. The inability to find a suitable job or working at a lower level is due to inappropriate career orientation when choosing a field of study, or graduates do not meet the capacity requirements of the recruiter. This article aims to find out the capacity of the bachelors who have not met the requirements of the employer, as well as to find out the gaps between the capacity of the bachelor and the requirements of the employer. Thereby, solutions can be made to improve the quality of training to satisfy employers in Ho Chi Minh City.Keywords: Training, Skills, Knowledge, Competancies.
